NO BODONI TYPOGRAPHY PRIVACY POLICY
No Bodoni is committed to our visitors’ and participants’ privacy. We do not collect any clickstream or viewing data from users of the site beyond the standard use logs provided by our ISP. Any information gleaned from the use logs is not retained nor is any use made of it beyond our own resource allocations. We like to see how many visitors we had when and where they were from, that’s all. The logs don’t show individual IP addresses (or if they do we’re not aware of it).

Personal Information
In using our services and / or products you may be asked to provide certain personal information about yourself, such as your name, company name, e-mail address and certain information about your preferences. You may also include such information when contacting us (and you may not be aware of it) as part of your e-mail message. This information is only used by No Bodoni to communicate with you concerning its products and services. We won’t send you anything you don’t want.

We do reserve the right to share this personal information with MyFonts.com when you are purchasing or have purchased our typefaces from MyFonts.com in case of any problems that may arise from those purchases or typefaces. This will only be to facilitate any resolution of such problems and will never be used or shared for marketing or advertising purposes. In other words we’ll only use it if we need to fix something.

Under no other circumstances will we share your personal information with anyone. We do not share any of personal information with other companies, organizations, institutions or third parties. We do not share this information between users.

We will maintain this personal information as securely as possible, and take steps to ensure its security. Due to the open nature of the Internet No Bodoni cannot guarantee that e-mail communications between you and No Bodoni are completely secure. No one else can guarantee it either.

Cookies
We don’t use cookies. If you have a really good recipe I might try it, but frankly I'm more of a creme brulle / ice cream fan.

Opt-In / Opt-Out
If you wish us to delete any of the information we have about you we will do so if you notify us. No kidding.
